Return & Refund Policy

At LumaNest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 7 days, we are unable to accept return requests.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product is damaged or defective on arrival
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

Items not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Products with missing original packaging or accessories

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  • Email: lumanest19@gmail.com with your order number and issue description

We will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide return instructions if eligible.

4. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by sending us a photo/video on WhatsApp. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the return is approved
  • COD orders: Refund via Bank Transfer or UPI to your provided account
  • Prepaid orders: Refund to the original payment method (credit card, UPI, net banking)

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for wrong or defective items only. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 73834 00331 within 7 days of delivery.
