We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- ✅ The product is damaged or defective on arrival
- ✅ You received the wrong item
- ✅ The product is unused and in original packaging
- ❌ Items that have been used or damaged by the customer are not eligible
- ❌ Returns requested after 7 days of delivery are not accepted
