💳 1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across all of India. We also accept online payments via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking. COD is available on all orders — no prepayment required!

🏷️ 2. Is there a discount for prepaid orders?

Yes! Use code PREPAY60 at checkout to get Rs. 60 OFF on all prepaid orders. This discount applies automatically when you pay online.

🛒 3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, the order goes into processing. To cancel, WhatsApp us at +91 73834 00331 or email lumanest19@gmail.com as soon as possible.

🚚 4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping on ALL orders across India — no minimum order value. We ship to 100+ cities including Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune and more.

📦 5. How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days after dispatch. Metro cities like Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi usually receive orders in 3–5 days. Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities may take up to 7 days.

🔍 6. How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and Email. You can use this link to check real-time delivery status. If you haven't received a tracking link within 2 business days, WhatsApp us at +91 73834 00331.

🔄 7. What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging. To initiate a return, WhatsApp us a photo of the product at +91 73834 00331 within 7 days of delivery.

📸 8. I received a damaged or wrong product. What should I do?

We're extremely sorry for this! Please WhatsApp us a clear photo/video of the damaged or wrong product within 48 hours of delivery at +91 73834 00331. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund within 3–5 business days.

💰 9. How long does a refund take?

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. For COD orders, refunds are sent via Bank Transfer or UPI. For prepaid orders, the amount is refunded to your original payment method.
